Refund policy

1. Scope and Applicability

This Return Policy applies exclusively to business-to-business (B2B) transactions. Statutory consumer withdrawal rights and consumer protection provisions do not apply.

For the purposes of this Return Policy, “Seller” shall mean Liquno Rewards & Incentives, and “Buyer” shall mean any legal entity or business customer purchasing Goods from the Seller.

All orders placed with the Seller are final, binding, and non-cancelable, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by the Seller.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns shall be accepted solely in the following circumstances:

  • incorrect delivery;
  • confirmed manufacturing defects;
  • material non-conformity of the Goods.

All return requests are subject to the Seller’s prior written approval and the issuance of a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Any return made without an approved RMA shall be rejected and returned at the Buyer’s expense.

Returned Goods must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging, unless the return is expressly approved due to a confirmed defect.

The Seller shall determine the appropriate remedy at its sole discretion, which may include replacement of the Goods, issuance of a credit note, or refund.

3. Inspection, Damages, and Claims Notification

The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt.

Any claim relating to visible defects, damage incurred during transit, or incorrect delivery must be submitted to the Seller in writing within forty-eight (48) hours from receipt of the parcel.

To submit a claim, the Buyer must send an email to info@liquno.com  and provide complete and sufficient supporting documentation, including:

  • the order number;
  • clear photo and/or video evidence demonstrating the alleged defect, damage, or non-conformity;
  • photographs of the external and internal packaging, including all protective materials;
  • a photograph of the shipping label affixed to the parcel, clearly showing the tracking number.

Claims shall be assessed only upon receipt of full documentation. Subject thereto, the Seller shall review the claim and issue a decision within five (5) business days, at the Seller’s sole discretion.

4. RMA Procedure and Return Shipment

Upon approval of a return request, the Seller shall issue an RMA number and provide detailed return instructions.

Approved returns must be dispatched within ten (10) business days from the date of RMA issuance. The RMA number must be clearly indicated on the return package and all accompanying documentation.

Returns submitted outside the prescribed timeframe or without a valid RMA may be refused.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Where the return results from a confirmed defect, transit damage, or incorrect delivery attributable to the Seller, the cost of return shipping shall be borne by the Seller.

In all other cases, including where no defect is found upon inspection or where documentation is incomplete, all return shipping costs, handling fees, and inspection charges shall be borne by the Buyer.

6. Inspection and Acceptance of Returned Goods

All returned Goods are subject to inspection upon receipt.

The Seller reserves the right to reject the return or apply a partial refund if the Goods:

  • show evidence of use, installation, or modification;
  • are incomplete or missing accessories or components;
  • are not returned in appropriate protective packaging;
  • have been damaged as a result of improper handling or inadequate packaging by the Buyer.

7. DOA and Warranty Claims

Claims for Dead on Arrival (DOA) Goods must be submitted in accordance with Section 3 (Inspection, Damages, and Claims Notification).

Defects that are not immediately apparent and arise after the initial inspection period may be processed as warranty claims, subject to the applicable manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and supporting evidence and do not constitute an automatic right of return, unless expressly approved by the Seller in writing.

8. Non-Returnable Goods

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, the following Goods are non-returnable:

  • clearance or end-of-life products;
  • customized or made-to-order items;
  • consumable or hygiene-sensitive products once unsealed;
  • software, digital content, and license-based products.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business opportunities, or operational downtime.

In all cases, the Seller’s total liability under this Return Policy shall be strictly limited to the net value of the affected Goods.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Return Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by the Parties.

Refunds, where approved by the Seller, shall be processed within fourteen (14) business days following acceptance of the returned Goods after inspection.

In case of any discrepancies or inconsistencies between language versions of this Return Policy, the English version shall prevail.

The Seller shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations under this Return Policy due to force majeure events, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, transport disruptions, governmental actions, or other events beyond the Seller’s reasonable control.
