Before First Use:

• Remove all packaging and labels.
• Wash, rinse and dry thoroughly.
• Condition the interior non-stick surface with a light coating of vegetable or corn oil, then rinse and dry.
• Do not oil the black exterior.

Cooking:

• Use oven gloves when handling hot cookware.
• Silicone, wooden or heat-resistant plastic utensils are recommended; metal utensils may be used carefully.
• Use the correct hob size for even heating.
• Lift rather than slide the pan on glass hobs.
• Do not place the pan directly on the oven floor.

Cleaning:

• Allow the pan to cool before washing.
• Hand washing is recommended to extend the non-stick coating's lifespan.
• Avoid abrasive cleaners and scouring pads.
• Recondition the cooking surface after dishwasher use.
• Use cookware protectors when stacking for storage.
